Dr. Dana Wade is an accomplished, versatile professional with a stellar career history driving
organizational success through the strategic oversight of diverse medical clinical initiatives.
He graduated from Saint Matthew School of Medicine in 2011 and did a research fellowship in
cardiovascular disease prevention at Albert Einstein School of Medicine and Yeshiva University from 2012 to 2015.
From there, he advanced through multiple specialized roles with various organizations and cultivated expertise in project management, clinical trial development and oversight, disease prevention, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and relationship management.
In 2016, Dr. Dana Wade founded Monitor My Health, Inc. to concentrate on disease prevention with an ongoing commitment to supporting underserved populations. Dr. Dana Wade completed his M.B.A. with a 4.0 GPA at the University of Bridgeport in 2019. Dr. Wade is also a Lifestyle Coach trained to deliver a CDC-approved curriculum.
Ms. Kate Gabova is majoring in Biology (B.S.) at the University of Bridgeport. She was recognized with a Certificate of Honor at the conference of the Minor Academy of Sciences of the Young Researchers, 2009.
In 2013, she was awarded 1st place diploma at the Competitions of the Scientific Projects in Chemistry. Ms. Gabova is a Lifestyle Coach trained to deliver a CDC-approved curriculum. Ms. Gabova is also a certified Master Trainer Select and is eligible to train other Lifestyle Coaches.
Andrea Robinson is an Experienced Health Coach with a demonstrated history of working in the health wellness and fitness industry. Andrea has been in the Wellness and Coaching arena for 26 years. She brings to our team 12 years of Health Coaching experience and oversees regional development.
She is an ACE Certified Health and CDC DPP Lifestyle Coach receiving her certification from the University of Virginia Medical Center. Owner of My Fitness Matters and partner with Chesterfield County Government as a Fitness Instructor and Health coach. This Strong entrepreneurship professional has a B.S focused in Business Administration from Saint Paul’s College in Lawrenceville VA.
Dr. Herschberger is a Naturopathic Physician and is a full-time faculty member at the College of Naturopathic Medicine at the University of Bridgeport, where she teaches courses in Homeopathy, Acupuncture and Clinical Medicine.
Also, she has taught courses in Psychological Assessment and has also served in administrative roles at the college. She brings years of experience in the healthcare field, having worked as an RN in her first career, primarily in the area of psychiatry, and secondarily in surgical nursing. Dr. Herschberger joined the faculty at UB in 1999.
She holds licenses in the state of Connecticut in Naturopathic Medicine, Acupuncture and Registered Nursing, and maintains a small private practice in Fairfield, CT, focusing on pain and stress disorders. Her leisure interests include photography, drawing, growing herbs, and gourmet cooking.
Arthur C. McAdams III is chair of graduate programs and senior lecturer at the Trefz School of Business – University of Bridgeport, and a former CIO at SSC Inc., Sr. VP at People’s Bank, and Lead Programmer at Pitney Bowes. He holds a B.S. from the College of Arts & Sciences at Fairfield University, an M.B.A. from the School of Business at the University of Connecticut, and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Computing & Engineering School at Nova Southeastern University.
Ann M. Griffin was invited to join the Monitor My Health Board in June, 2019. She holds a BS in Education from Southern Connecticut State University, an MS in guidance and counseling from the University of Bridgeport, and a 6th year in Educational Administration from The University of Connecticut.
Along with a 20-year career in education as a teacher, guidance counselor, and special education supervisor, Ann also worked in industry as a personnel placement specialist and a Customer Communications Manager. Having taught weight control classes previously at local area hospitals as well as having participated in one of our Monitor My Health Programs, Ann has experienced the benefits of our program and is dedicated to our mission of preventing type 2 diabetes.
