Bridgeport nonprofit specializing in diabetes awareness, prevention to hold free testing in December

November is Diabetes Awareness Month and a Bridgeport nonprofit that helps people live healthier lives is spreading the holiday cheer.
Dr. Dana Wade, the founder of Monitor My Health, says the nonprofit will be holding free testing on Dec. 11 at the Cathedral of Faith to see if you’re pre-diabetic.
He says that millions of Americans are pre-diabetic, but don’t know they are.
