Our Lifestyle coaches are well trained and Certified to provide the CDC program. Many of them have degrees and experience in healthcare fields.

Our diabetes prevention program is supervised by a Medical Doctor with expertise in chronic disease prevention.

Our program is fully covered by Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, and Grants. To date, more than 4000 participants nationwide have successfully completed our program.

Partnering with Universities on Dietary Nutrition

Partnership with New York Medical College, Westchester NY

We are collaborating with the New York Medical College, one of the best Medical Centers in the Nation to add a Culinary Medicine component to our diabetes prevention program.

We are providing community-based supervision for the Medical Students & Residents. They are supplementing the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) with a culinary medicine program that consists of recipes and cooking demonstrations in the community to prevent or delay chronic diseases.

Partnership with Pace University, Westchester NY

We are collaborating with the Dietetic School at Pace University to provide a robust science based nutrition counseling and education program. Our partnership provides Students in the Master in Nutrition and Dietetic Program with community experience in providing group and individualized nutrition education and support to our program participants.

Through our partnership with Pace University and the New York Medical College, we provide the most comprehensive and effective diabetes prevention program in the nation to prevent type 2 diabetes and its complications.
